Terms of Service
These terms govern the private use of CLIPR with the Point Taken Daily social accounts.
Purpose
CLIPR prepares short-form videos and, only after the account owner's explicit approval, may upload content through an authorized platform connection. Connecting an account does not authorize unattended or automatic public posting.
Authorized use
The user must control the connected account, provide accurate information, follow TikTok's terms and policies, and use only content they own, license, or are otherwise legally permitted to publish. CLIPR must not be used for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
Account access
Platform access is provided through OAuth. The user is responsible for protecting their platform account and may revoke CLIPR's access at any time. CLIPR requests only the permissions needed for the configured workflow.
Publishing decisions
The user remains responsible for every caption, video, claim, right, and final publishing decision. Drafts and automated recommendations must be reviewed before use. Platform availability, review decisions, reach, or performance are not guaranteed.
Availability and changes
CLIPR may be changed, suspended, or discontinued to maintain security, compliance, or reliability. These terms may be updated, with the current version and effective date published here.
